基华五金制品公司创建于一九九五年，位于东莞市五金重镇—石碣镇刘屋管理区。于2000年新建厂房，厂房占地面积7000平方米，工厂职工200多人，其中高级技师及管理型人才30多人，2002年增建电镀分厂。基华公司专业设计、生产、销售各类精密弹簧、空心铆钉、自攻螺丝、线扣车轴、发夹饰品、车件及冲压制品、产品广泛用于电子、玩具、工艺饰品、家用电器、箱包、手袋、家具等行业。是一家集五金、弹簧制造及电镀处理一体化的五金配件专业厂家。
随着市场发展需要，公司不断增设各种先进设备，拥有电脑万能机（CNC-620）、电脑机（CNC-502）、CNC数控拉簧机、CNC数控扭簧机、普通压簧机、扭簧机、铆钉机、线扣机、高速冲床、普通冲床、以及用于加强弹簧力度之回火炬炉及弹力测试仪器及各种规格的弹簧拉压实验机、弹簧疲劳实验机、材料扭转抗拉实验机等先进仪器及设备90余台。
